I really have enjoyed my Water.io bottle. There are several reasons that I use it: 1. As a person with chronic kidney disease, I have to be always diligent about making sure I'm completely hydrated. If I don't drink enough water, I can endanger my kidney function which could lead ultimately to kidney failure and dialysis. 2. The Water.io is like having my Mom always reminding me to drink enough fluid during the day. It does so in two ways: one, the top of the bottle lights up and vibrates to remind me to drink more. Second, the app itself (I use an iPhone) reminds me to drink more! 3. The app also gives me a read out of how much fluid I have had to drink during the day. If I drink enough, the app "celebrates" with me that I've reached my goal. The bottle top has technology that measures how much I've had to drink each day. But, you can also make manual entries if I'm not using my Water.io bottle. For example, I use a different thermos when I'm drinking my coke zero to keep it cool (I also drink 36 oz./day). So, I use my app to make a manual entry so I can keep track of my daily intake of fluids.I would highly recommend the Water.io to anyone who really wants to make sure they are properly hydrated during the day. For example, an athlete needs to be sure to hydrate while they are exercising. Or, someone like me whose life depends on properly hydrating each day.Read Less
