Water.io offers a 1-year limited warranty on all our smart water bottles, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping the bottle). Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and discoloration. Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance. Damage caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose. Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Extended warranty plans cover all the same conditions as the standard 1-year warranty, extending the coverage period to either 2 or 3 years.
