WATER.IO RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Water.io Smart Water Bottle for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your package) for a refund. Shipping and handling charges from your original order, are non-refundable.
If you purchased your Water.io Smart Water Bottle from a retailer in-store or online, please contact the retailer directly for any returns or exchanges.
How do I return my Smart Water Bottle?
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to start the a return process.
If you ordered via Amazon - the return process will be handled by the Amazon team.
Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, to display your recent orders.
- Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
- Select the item you want to return.
- Choose how to process your return.
- Select your preferred return method.
- Print your return label and return authorization.
If you ordered via Water.io website, please press on this link, fill out the details and Our team will circle back to you within 48 hours to share the next steps.
a) If you purchased an extra charging cable and/or carry handle separately and would like to return it with the bottle – please update the support agent.
b) Bottle color changes cannot be made after the product was open.
c) In case of multiple bottles purchase in one order – please update the support agent.
1. Can I still return my water bottle if I no longer have the original box it arrived in?
You can use any other suitable packaging to return your bottle —as long as it is properly protected and kept secure while in transit.
2. I lost my bottle, but I still have the box/charger/handle/cap, can I return the remaining item for a refund?
In order to be eligible to return the product, by minimum you need to ship back the bottle set (cap + bottle ‘body’ ). We aren’t able to accept a partial return, or issue a partial refund from a set order.
3. Can I still return my bottle for a refund if I don’t have the original order number (e.g., received as a gift)?
If you’d like to return a gifted bottle, please note we can only credit the original payment method.
How to track down your order number:
- You trace back to the original order confirmation email.
- If this was a gift, the email address may belong to the person who placed the order on your behalf.
- If you still aren’t able to find your order number, please contact our support team.
Refunds & Payment
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Once your bottle has been received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once full processing is complete.
4. Can you issue a refund to a different card or bank account?
All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We can't send a refund to another card or bank account.
5. What if I don’t see a refund transaction on my account?
Please allow a few business days for the refund to show up on the account you made your purchase with.
